Tips for how to use ARC's calendar feature.

Calendar Integration

Sync your ARC calendar with your Google, Outlook, or Apple accounts.

  1. To get started, click the circular icon with your initials or photo in the upper right corner of the screen, then click on your name from the dropdown menu. 
  2. Next, go to "My Settings," and toggle the calendar integration slider on
  3. You will be asked to select your email provider. After reviewing, click the checkmark next to "I agree to the Cronofy Terms of Service and Privacy Policy." 
  4. Finally, click the link account button, then you will be asked to sign into your email to complete the integration.

Add Meetings to Your Calendar

  1. Go to "My Schedule" in the navigation bar. 
  2. Select the 3 dots icon to the right of the meeting's name. 
  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Add to Calendar." 
  4. You may be prompted with, "Do you want to allow downloads on app.wearc.com?" If so, select "Allow." 

For Mac users, the meeting will appear in your Calendar app. 


Add Meetings to Your Calendar on the ARC App

iOS - EVENTS - Calendar

  1. Go to "My Schedule" in the navigation bar and select the meeting
  2. Next, select the 3 dots icon in the lower right corner of the meeting details page.
  3. From the pop-up menu, select "Add to Calendar." 

You can also swipe left across the meeting and press "Add Event" to add a meeting to your calendar.
