Helpful tips for visitors and first time users.
- Guests will receive an invite to join a meeting in their email. Here you can RSVP, find details about the event, as well as a link to the meeting.
- When the meeting begins, click the meeting link in your email to join.
- Next, provide a display name, and your email address which received the invitation.
Then click the "Join Now" button.
Note: If you click "Yes" to RSVP to the meeting, it will be added to your email calendar.

Camera and Microphone Support
Based on your web browser settings, you may need to allow access to your camera/microphone.
- If you cannot access your camera or microphone during a meeting, click the camera/microphone icon next to the search bar at the top of your web browser.
- Select "Always allow https://app.wearc.com to access your camera and microphone."
- Check that you have the correct input sources selected for your microphone and camera.
- Then select "Done" and refresh the page.
